Who You Are:

We’re looking for a data-driven, proactive, and results-oriented LinkedIn marketing & lead generation specialist to take our organic LinkedIn outreach strategy to the next level.

The ideal candidate will be:

A LinkedIn expert—you know how to generate, engage, and qualify leads through LinkedIn.

A master of outreach—you write compelling, conversion-focused messages that spark interest.

A skilled communicator—you don’t just send messages; you connect and engage.

Data-savvy—you analyse engagement trends and optimise for better conversion.

A strategic thinker—you understand the bigger picture of demand generation and sales pipelines.

🚀 Bonus points if you have experience in HR, L&D, EdTech, or startups!

Job Responsibilities:

🔹 Write and execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns to engage B2B prospects.

🔹 Respond to all inbound LinkedIn replies, nurturing and converting leads.

🔹 Follow up with engaged leads and book initial qualification calls.

🔹 Manage prospect data in HubSpot, ensuring all meeting bookings trigger the correct notifications.

🔹 Track and report on LinkedIn campaign performance, iterating based on data insights.
