We are looking for a full-time Marketing Automations/Operations Specialist to join our international team in Madrid. We embrace a hybrid work approach, so while you’ll have the flexibility to work from home, we also value in-person collaboration at our Madrid office.
 
You will be responsible for overall user support, system administration, data integrity, and process maintenance of Salesforce Account Engagement (Pardot), our Marketing Automation Platform, and other data applications, including 6sense, GoTo, Drift, Salesforce Data Cloud, and more as we grow.
 
This role partners with global Enverus Revenue and Marketing Operations, Business, IT and other automation strategists in the team. You will engage cross-functionally with other key teams of the Marketing organization: Growth marketers, digital and website marketers, and events marketing.
 
 
Your Responsibilities 

Account Engagement & Salesforce Admin & Operations

  • Provide day-to-day end-user support including implementation, user adoption, system administration, data integrity, and reporting Salesforce Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM (as well as any other marketing applications connected to either CRM). 
  • Handle and take care of all the assets requests from the Marketing team regarding our Marketing Automation Platform and CRM (Salesforce Account Engagement and Salesforce CRM). 
  • Execute building Salesforce CRM and Salesforce Account Engagement connected campaigns and contribute to campaign hierarchy rules, campaign type structure, and member status rules.
  • Project manage and move fast technical and detailed campaigns: emails, images, links, copies, properties, Workflows, integrations, etc.
  • Salesforce Account Engagement wizard: support day-to-day inquiries from the Marketing team providing prompt and efficient resolution to all their inquiries (especially those related with Salesforce Account Engagement)
  • Quality assurance during the testing and release phase of new Marketing Operation processes. 

Reporting

  • Develop and maintain standardized operations reports and dashboards to monitor Marketing-sourced MQL generation, pipeline and revenue performance.
  • Create and update technical and business documentation related to live processes.

Automation & data hygiene

  • Administer and support our Salesforce Account Engagement (Lists, Engagement Programs, third-party integrations, Salesforce reports, fields, landing pages, campaigns, lead scoring and grading, etc.) and other Marketing tech stack tools.
  • Supporting the maintenance of the current marketing tech stack and processes, always based on guidelines provided by Marketing Leadership
  • Marketing Automation and CRM synchronization Quality Assurance: Identifying potential errors and opportunities for improvement. 
  • Maintain Marketing Automation Platform integration with CRM and assist in the integration of additional platforms into the marketing automation software 
  • Supporting the Marketing Automation implementation audit to identify potential errors, obsolete processes and opportunities for improvement. 
 
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of experience of B2B Marketing in a SaaS business model with prior hands-on Salesforce Account Engagement experience.   
  • Excellent planning, analytical and project management skills with a can-do, will-do attitude 
  • Knowledge and understanding of lead generation processes and data 
  • Experience communicating results to senior business leaders. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Prospective vision to anticipate problems, set priorities and proactively develop strong internal and external relationships 
  • Experience tracking and analyzing metrics. You are comfortable with numbers and love to learn from data. 
  • Ability to develop relationships across marketing, sales operations, sales, product operations, and other internal partners 
  • Highly self-driven sense of motivation. 
  • Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced challenging environment. 
  • Minimum a C1 in English (native English speaker is a plus)

Desired Skills

  • Experience in solar or in the renewable energy sector is a bonus 
  • Salesforce certifications in Marketing Cloud Account Engagement are valued
  • PowerBI knowledge is a plus 
  • Other languages are a plus
