Job Title:   Marketing Operations Coordinator

Reports to:                        Director of Marketing

Role:                                    Full-time, Salary & Bonus Eligible

Location:                            Longmont, CO preferred. Hybrid ok within driving distance to SENS, or 100% remote with quarterly travel to Longmont

Position:

 

SENS is a market leader known for exceptional product innovation, design and quality. The Marketing Operations Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the business through ownership of Hubspot Marketing Hub. Primary responsibilities are to align tools and systems to enhance marketing.  

The ideal candidate is a data-driven collaborative team player, knows how to manage websites, and has exceptional project management skills.

 

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Marketing Hub Administrator 
    1. Leverage HubSpot to manage website assets and implement new elements and functionality. Includes new page builds, landing page builds, blog management.
    2. Partner with the Director of Marketing to develop a website roadmap and create related project plans
    3. Leverage HubSpot’s Marketing Hub to execute outbound campaigns and align with sales priorities and initiatives 
    4. Strong focus on data integrity within existing systems, including list management and campaign analytics
    5. Partner with Sales Operations with the implementation of automation and analytics to optimize lead generation and nurturing
  • Marketing request queue management
    1. Manage the unplanned requests coming in to the Marketing team from internal stakeholders
    2. Assign or own tasks as needed
    3. Report on, analyze, and make recommendations for improvement based on request data
  • Budget Management 
    1. Maintain marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources 
    2. Monitor spending and ROI to maximize marketing impact
    3. Partner with the Director of Marketing to forecast budgets for future years

 

 

 

  • Project management
    1. Execute on processes related the marketing team’s deliverables, including trademark mgmt., document/version control, Sales and Engineering content reviews, prioritization of Sales technical documentation needs
    2. Manage deliverables related to Rep partner enablement
    3. Suggest improvements to existing processes to increase efficiency and impact
  • Communication and Collaboration
    1. Collaborate with the Sales team and internal and external stakeholders on marketing plans and processes 
    2. Be a true partner to the sales team and understand their needs to align revenue generation marketing efforts

 

Qualifications:

  • Results-driven, critical thinker with a proven track record in Marketing Operations
  • HubSpot certified for Marketing Hub or equivalent experience required. Experience with other CRM or marketing automation platforms (ex: Salesforce marketing cloud, Marketo) is a plus
  • Website administration experience required
  • Microsoft Office applications
  • Nice to have: digital marketing tools and platforms including SEM, SEO, social media, and email marketing
  • Strong balance of technical and project management skills, with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
  • Collaborative engagement style that motivates and inspires others, with an owner-mindset
  • Flexible and adaptable to support business objectives and growth
  • High attention to detail with a keen focus on stakeholder and customer input

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, web design and/or coding, information technology, computer science,  related fields or relevant experience
  • 2+ years of proven work experience, bonus if in an industrial B2B industry
  • Ability to travel up to 20% of the time, as required
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
