Verint is looking for a marketing operations specialist to join our global Marketing Operations team. This team supports the larger marketing organization by being the experts in our marketing tools and technologies. As the marketing operations specialist you join our team with a focus on data enrichment and data analytics for the global marketing team. Our ideal candidate has a solid experience working in Salesforce. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, problem solver, has a keen attention to detail and is well organized having the ability to manage multiple projects at one time.
Responsibilities
Responsible for Salesforce data quality control including field maintenance, views, and creating dashboards and reports.
Spearhead projects and key initiatives for the team to ensure ongoing monitoring of data quality that is consolidated for reporting. Data is sources from a variety of marketing systems.
Develop new reporting capabilities, expand the data available to each team, and build out an analysis of the data to highlight key trends in the reporting to drive more awareness to the teams.
Qualifications
Fluent in spoken and written English
Marketing experience
Experience with Salesforce
Experience with data analytics tools such as PowerBI are a plus
Understanding of email best practices
Excellent communication skills
Self-motivated and creative thinker
Problem solver
Enjoys managing multiple projects at once
Ability to work in a time-sensitive and high-volume environment
