About the role
The Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner is key to Equip's strategic growth by attracting top talent in the behavioral health sector. As a crucial member of our People team, you will cultivate relationships with leaders and manage all aspects of the recruitment lifecycle across Clinical, Product and Engineering, and Sales and Marketing. Responsibilities include reviewing resumes, sourcing candidates, creating a diverse candidate pipeline, and building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders. You will oversee the entire candidate journey, from application to hire. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and is eager to embrace new ideas and drive future success.
ResponsibilitiesManage full cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles including Clinical, Sales and Marketing and Product and Engineering. Ensure a positive, smooth, quick and consistent candidate experience. Drive the offer process including extending offers, closing candidates, and administering the onboarding process in close partnership with the People Operations team. Provide expertise in assessing and evaluating talent for the organization. Serve as an advocate for diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging. Assist in promoting and developing the Equip Employer Brand and Employee Value Proposition. Perform other duties as assigned including recruiting for non-tech roles. Minimum Qualificiations3+ years of recruiting experience.Experience working on Clinical, Sales and Marketing or Product and Engineering rolesPreferred QualificationsDemonstrated experience closing competitive candidates with multiple offers. Passion for the candidate experience. Adaptable and able to take on new initiatives easily. Experience partnering with hiring managers, interviewers, and team members as a trusted resource. You have a strong ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. You have experience sourcing and driving a strong, diverse pipeline.Physical Demands Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
