Job description

• Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.

• Handle email correspondence and phone calls professionally.

• Maintain and organize real estate files, contracts, and records.

• Prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials as needed.

• Assist in drafting and reviewing real estate contracts, agreements, and disclosures.

• Track deadlines and ensure timely completion of transaction-related tasks.

• Communicate with clients, lenders, escrow officers, and other parties to facilitate smooth transactions.

• Follow up on pending documents and ensure compliance with regulations.

• Update and manage real estate listings on MLS and other platforms.

• Assist with social media marketing and online property listings.

• Coordinate open houses, virtual tours, and client showings.

• Maintain and update client databases and CRM systems.

• Track leads, follow-ups, and client communications.
