Job description

Our client is a customer-first Managed Service Provider (MSP) specializing in IT services and outsourced Helpdesk support solutions for businesses and non-profits. They pride themselves on delivering top-notch service and support to their clients, ensuring their IT infrastructure operates seamlessly.

They are currently seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant (VA) to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a high level of independence, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. As their VA, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth communication, coordination, and support within the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Vendor Meetings: Schedule, coordinate, and actively participate in meetings with potential vendors to explore new partnerships and maintain existing relationships.
  • Internal Communication: Continuously follow up with internal staff to ensure smooth communication and operations, facilitating collaboration between different teams.
  • Office 365 Licensing Auditing: Assist in auditing Office 365 licenses and provide support to teams when licensing needs arise, including new subscriptions, renewals, and modifications.
  • Vendor Support Liaison: Serve as a vendor support liaison with the Customer Service Units (CSUs) when necessary, ensuring timely resolution of vendor-related issues and inquiries.
  • Product Review: Review new products created daily by the CPQ (Quoting platform), ensuring accuracy and alignment with the company's standards.
  • Provisioning: Handle the provisioning of resold products, ensuring that customers receive the products and services they've purchased promptly and accurately.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of work experience as an Admin Assistant or related roles.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with Office 365 licensing and auditing is a plus.
  • Technical background with an IT proficiency level of at least 1+ is highly advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve issues.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.

Benefits

  • Client Relationship: You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
  • Payment: All payments for your services will be handled directly by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
  • Vacation Leaves and Holidays: While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client's business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.

Salary: $800 - $1000 USD/month

Technical Requirements

  • Dedicated workstation at home
  • 30 MBPS minimum Internet connection
  • Backup device and Internet in times of power outages
