JumpSeat is a hybrid agency & consultancy that empowers B2B marketing and revenue teams. We partner with US clients across sales, marketing, business development, and operations to unlock growth and help our clients achieve their goals.

As the Creative Director, you will play a pivotal role in the growth and evolution of JumpSeat. You’ll set the standard for creative excellence across the agency: from brand development to campaign concepts and everything in between, we seek a visionary and hands-on leader to spearhead all creative endeavors across the company.

This is a senior position that demands a passionate individual with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced environment.

Our Ideal Candidate:

  • Is a seasoned professional with experience as an ACD, Creative Director, or in a similar senior role at a leading agency who is interested in doing strategy as well as hands on work.
  • Has a diverse creative powerhouse with expertise in branding, website design, campaign development, and digital display advertising.
  • Has the ability to "hit-the-ground-running” by quickly understanding our clients culture and brand voice.
  • Is a collaborative leader who thrives in a team environment, comfortable providing constructive feedback and direction to copywriters and designers. Experience leading freelance collaborators is definitely a plus for this role.
  • Is a process-oriented individual with a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on time and within budget.
  • Is an experienced leader with a passion for mentoring and building a strong creative team.
  • Has excellent communication skills and feels comfortable presenting creative concepts to existing and new clients.

Nice to have:

  • Adept at using Figma and Adobe Suite; additional design software experience is a plus.
  • Experience in the B2B space is a plus, but not a requirement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage all creative endeavors across the company, ensuring brand consistency and a high standard of quality.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive branding strategies.
  • Oversee website development and design projects.
  • Conceptualize and manage digital advertising campaigns.
  • Provide creative direction and feedback to copywriters and designers.
  • Collaborate with account and strategy teams to ensure creative alignment with business goals.
  • Lead the creative team through the new business pitch process, developing compelling presentations.
  • Lead process improvements and adherence to best practices across the agency.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, mentoring and inspiring team members.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Be the central point of contact for all creative deliverables, ensuring everything meets brand standards and deadlines.
