Are you a leader in delivering clarity and momentum across cross-functional teams? At Deel, our Senior Marketing Program Manager will orchestrate the smooth execution of large-scale marketing initiatives and ensure every project and program aligns with our strategic goals.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine operational expertise, proactive problem-solving, and strategic prioritization to make Deel’s marketing efforts globally cohesive, efficient, and scalable.

What You’ll Do:

Strategic Project Management:

• Own the management of large, high-visibility marketing projects that span teams, functions, and geographies.

• Develop detailed project scopes, timelines, and resource plans, ensuring every milestone is met on time and within scope.

• Proactively anticipate risks, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.

Operational Leadership:

• Establish and refine workflows that make our marketing engine hum—reducing friction and enabling our teams to focus on execution.

• Maintain and manage a live, prioritized roadmap of marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment with Deel’s strategic priorities.

• Build dashboards and reporting frameworks that give leadership clear visibility into project status and outcomes.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Serve as the central hub connecting marketing with teams across Deel, ensuring smooth communication and coordination.

• Lead regular syncs and retrospectives, keeping teams aligned and driving continuous improvement.

• Facilitate decision-making and remove roadblocks so teams can deliver their best work.

Team Enablement:

• Mentor and guide team members on project management best practices and process improvement.

• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and operational excellence.

Who You Are:

Experience and Skills:

• 7+ years of experience in marketing project or program management, preferably within a B2B SaaS or global-first company.

• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

• Deep understanding of marketing workflows and tools like Asana, Jira, or other project management systems.

• Exceptional organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• Strong communication skills, with a talent for simplifying complexity and aligning stakeholders.
