Director of Partnerships 

Location: Remote as follows: US States: CA, CO, FL, GA, ID, MD, MA, MN, NC, NV, OR, SC, TN, TX, VA, WA Canada Provinces: British Columbia, Alberta, Ontario

We are looking for a dynamic and revenue focused Director of Partnerships to join our team and help us build a world-class partner ecosystem! 

Position Overview: The Director of Partnerships will be responsible for building the partnership program across our multiple brands —Aplos, Raisely, and Keela. Within the marketing team and situated within the broader GTM org, you’ll be on a fast-paced, first principles team who strives to enhance our awareness in the nonprofit industry and drive growth and customer acquisition. You will be the founder of the partner program, and what we endeavour to build - the definitive home for all stakeholders in the nonprofit industry (customers, partners, etc.).

What you’ll do

  • Build partnerships program: engage and re-engage with key partners in the nonprofit industry, negotiate agreements, and manage relationships.
  • Partner playbook: build a repeatable playbook to build and scale partnerships with nonprofit consulting firms, influencers, and co-marketers.
  • Elevate our brands: establish industry presence and credibility by shaping us into a trusted industry leader, serving as a public-facing ambassador through strategic partnerships and events.
  • Industry Influence: Drive co-branding, sponsorships, and joint marketing initiatives through partnerships and events, bringing your presence to the large communities in the nonprofit space. 
  • Drive cross-functional enablement: sales, marketing, and customer teams  are fully aligned on a structured partner journey, ensuring seamless collaboration and a consistent partner experience.
  • Process alignment: create clear roles, streamlined processes, and comprehensive enablement resources to drive smooth onboarding, engagement, and long-term partner success.
  • Establish partnership reporting: partnership-driven revenue is accurately tracked, providing clear visibility into performance and impact to support strategic decision-making.
What You’ll Bring
  • You have high qualifications: 7-10 years in partnerships, business development with a strong preference for nonprofit SaaS, or vertical SaaSYou have a track record: proven success in building and scaling high-impact partner programs. 
  • You are a revenue hunter: you recognize the connection between this channel and our revenue goals and are eager to build pipeline, relationships and add new customers to our community.
  • You have the persona of a builder: this is a zero to one role - you look forward to building what will become one of the most consequential channels for the business You love relationships: building industry relationships is critical to the role: being an influencer in the industry and enabling our platform to influence the space, through people, is a mustYou want to be in fast-pace: we are growing quickly and focused on our goals; you have experience in fast paced environments and know how to execute.

  • Pay: $175,000 - $225,000 USD OTE. Your base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as skills, education, experience, and geographic location.
  • Remote work & leave: we’re a remote-first company. We also have a generous PTO plan (4 weeks) and support paid parental leave (12 weeks).
