As a Workflow Automation Specialist, you'll act as the DevOps for our operational workflows, creating seamless integrations and optimizing system performance. Working directly alongside the COO, youll follow the strategic vision hes developed for our workflows, enhancing and evolving them with your expertise.
This is a full-time role, on a US shift and on a Work From Home set-up.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
API Integrations: Build robust integrations across Monday.com boards, Jotform, and Zapier. Leverage REST APIs and webhooks for real-time data syncs.
Workflow Orchestration: Architect end-to-end data pipelines with advanced conditional logic, triggers, and automation flows.
Error Handling: Implement fail-safes, exception handling, and retry logic to minimize downtime and improve resilience.
Custom Automation Logic: Use tools like Zapier, Make.com, and Integromat Or Write Costume Code to push boundaries on drag-and-drop workflows.
Data Validation Pipelines: Ensure sanitized and structured data flows seamlessly between tools and processes.
Dashboarding: Deploy real-time, interactive dashboards for stakeholders using tools like Monday.com Insights and custom widgets, Develop analytics-rich dashboards that deliver real-time visibility into KPIs and operational bottlenecks.
Advanced Email Parsing: Automate extraction and categorization of critical email data to integrate seamlessly into systems.
Ops Debugging: Troubleshoot bottlenecks, latency issues, and errors in existing automations with detailed root-cause analysis.
Software Documentation: Maintain clear, detailed documentation for all processes, workflows, integrations, and troubleshooting procedures, ensuring knowledge transfer and system continuity.
Client-Facing Portals: Oversee and enhance portals to provide clients with real-time updates and flawless transparency.
Strategic Systems Connectivity: Engineer seamless integration between Monday.com boards, including multi-account ecosystems and cross-platform workflows.
QUALIFICATIONS:
At least 5 years of relevant experience as in workflow automation/integration/development
Proficient in Monday.com, Zapier, Jotform, and other automation tools
Proven success integrating APIs, building scalable frameworks, and automating complex workflows
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, and custom integrations
Experience managing workflows with scalability, error recovery, and optimization in mind
Skilled in pattern recognition for email parsing and data extraction
Ability to identify and resolve issues with logs, dependency mapping, and real-time testing
Ability to anticipate challenges, solve proactively, and design systems that grow with us
Bonus: Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript to push the boundaries of automation
