Job description

• Data Entry: Accurately input and manage information across various platforms.
• Email & Social Media Inbox Management: Monitor, organize, and respond to emails and messages professionally.
• Calendar Management: Schedule meetings, appointments, and keep calendars up to date.
• Basic Website Maintenance: Follow set protocols to update and maintain websites.
• Bookkeeping (Non-Accounting): Assist with expense tracking, invoicing, and financial record-keeping.
• Online Shopping & Order Management: Research and purchase necessary items for the business.
• General Administrative Tasks: Assist with various admin-related duties across different business ventures.
• Social Media Posting: Schedule and publish pre-created content on social media platforms.
• Invoicing Clients: Prepare and send invoices as per business guidelines.
• Travel Logistics: Research and organize flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
• Additional Tasks: Other responsibilities may be assigned as the role evolves.
