Job description

About the Role

Following our proven success in the UK market, we are now expanding our team from one to two Account Executives to accelerate our growth. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in scaling our presence in the UK restaurant technology sector.

We’re looking for a results-driven Account Executive to own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and pipeline generation to closing deals with restaurant operators and hospitality decision-makers. You’ll leverage a mix of outbound and inbound strategies to drive revenue while working closely with our partnership team to activate and maintain key partners locally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Pipeline Growth: Generate new business opportunities through a combination of self-sourced outbound efforts (cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, email sequences) and inbound leads from our SDR and partnership teams.
  • Own the Full Sales Cycle: Manage and close deals with SMB and mid-market restaurant operators, navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles and accelerating time-to-close.
  • Scale Our UK Presence: As one of the first two UK-based sellers, contribute to refining and optimising the sales process to drive continued growth.
  • Engage with Strategic Partners: Work closely with our partnership team stateside to nurture relationships with key industry partners, helping to activate and maximise revenue opportunities.
  • Deliver Engaging Product Demos: Conduct compelling Zoom presentations that clearly articulate the value of our solution, positioning it as a must-have for restaurant operators.
  • Execute Strategic Sales Negotiations: Manage pricing discussions, handle objections, and negotiate contracts to optimize revenue while delivering customer value.
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with marketing, account management, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client retention.
  • Stay Industry-Savvy: Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving food-tech landscape, including restaurant management software, POS integrations, and industry trends.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on outbound and inbound closing.
  • Proven success selling into the UK market, with an understanding of local restaurant and hospitality industry trends.
  • Experience working in a high-growth environment, helping to build and refine sales processes.
  • Ability to sell technical solutions without reliance on a solutions engineer.
  • Experience working with strategic restaurant technology partners to drive pipeline and revenue.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including time management, CRM discipline, and accurate forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication and persuasion skills, with a consultative, problem-solving approach.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Formal sales training in Challenger Sales, MEDDICC, or MEDDPIC frameworks.
  • A passion for the restaurant, hospitality, and food-tech industries, with experience in POS, PMS, or accounting software.

Why Join Us?

  • Be part of a rapidly growing UK sales team, shaping the future of restaurant technology.
  • Competitive salary, uncapped commission, and career growth opportunities.
  • A collaborative and supportive culture that invests in professional development.
