Job Summary: The Corporate Marketing Director is responsible for driving strategic and tactical marketing initiatives that increase customer acquisition, enhance audience engagement, and optimize conversions. This role combines creativity and analytical expertise to develop cohesive corporate marketing campaigns and deliver high-impact content and insights to stakeholders. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, has a deep understanding of B2B marketing best practices, and is passionate about delivering measurable results.


Essential Job Function:

  • Strategic Accounts Marketing:
  • Direct the creation and execution of account-based marketing (ABM) strategies tailored to key customer personas and high-value accounts.
  • Create and utilize internal and external content that communicates thought leadership and product offerings.
  • Leverage market research to develop insights-driven content, presentations, and strategies that enhance audience engagement and retention.
  • Oversee a portfolio of campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives, brand standards, and audience needs.
  • Content Strategy and Optimization:
  • Drive the development of compelling and insights-driven content that demonstrates thought leadership, educates target audiences, and supports lead generation and retention goals.
  • Implement A/B testing methodologies and analytics tools to refine messaging, formats, and delivery channels for maximum engagement and impact.
  • Optimize email marketing performance through data-driven insights and market trend analysis.
  • Sales Enablement and Support:
  • Equip sales teams with the knowledge, materials, and strategies they need to successfully engage clients and close deals.
  • Create and deliver high-impact presentations that articulate Endeavor’s value propositions and market differentiators.
  • Drive the adoption of innovative approaches to enhance sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Campaign Performance and Analytics:
  • Plan and implement multi-channel marketing campaigns that promote Endeavor’s capabilities and solutions to key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Benchmark customer acquisition, revenue growth, and campaign performance to guide strategic decisions.
  • Monitor, measure, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using KPIs, benchmarks, and advanced analytics.
  • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations that inform marketing strategy, improve ROI, and foster continuous improvement.
  • Collaboration and Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Partner with internal design teams to ensure cohesive and impactful marketing assets that align with Endeavor guidelines.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing solutions, and business development teams to craft tailored solutions and support their objectives with effective tools, materials, and strategies.
  • Act as the liaison between marketing and key stakeholders to align efforts and resources effectively.
  • Budget and Resource Management:
  • Develop and manage the corporate marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to meet strategic objectives.
  • Forecast, monitor, and adjust expenditures to optimize ROI while maintaining fiscal discipline.
  • Industry Engagement and Representation:
  • Represent Endeavor at key industry events, conferences, and meetings, fostering relationships and gathering insights to inform future strategies.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure Endeavor remains at the forefront of innovation.
  • Marketing Leadership:
  • Develop and execute integrated corporate marketing strategies that enhance brand positioning, amplify audience reach, and drive business growth across Endeavor’s diverse portfolio of media, marketing, and data services.
  • Shape the corporate marketing vision by analyzing market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of multi-channel marketing programs, including email, paid search, organic and paid social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Lead a team to support marketing operations, including campaign optimizations, dashboard updates, and ad hoc reporting.


Core Competencies:

  • Proven track record in managing and optimizing multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Social Platforms)
  • Experience working cross-functionally with design, sales, and other internal teams
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex insights to diverse stakeholders
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, corporate marketing, or digital marketing


This is a supervisory role.


We are excited to share that his position will be hourly, or non-exempt, and the base salary range for this position is $75,000 - $85,000, exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This information is provided per the relevant state and local pay transparency laws for the location in which this position will be performed.


If you are hired for this position at Endeavor, your final base salary compensation will be determined based on factors such as hiring location, skillset, prior years’ experience, relevant education, certain degrees and certifications, training, and market considerations. In addition to those factors – we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider any internal equity of our current team members as a part of any final offer. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the full base salary range for the role. Hiring at the maximum of the range would not be typical to allow for future & continued salary growth.
