A human capital consulting firm based in Atlanta, GA is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales professional to join their team. The role is remote with some travel required and will focus on handling large accounts in the northeast territory. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new enterprise sales opportunities while also managing and expanding existing client relationships. They are seeking a dynamic and driven sales professional with a strong track record in enterprise sales, particularly in consultative and relationship-based selling.
Sales Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to meet revenue goals within assigned accounts
Identify and pursue new business opportunities using a consultative sales approach
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
Utilize sales tools to track and manage sales activity and pipeline progression
Deliver in-person and virtual presentations to senior executives
Oversee the sales process from initial engagement to contract completion, ensuring alignment with client needs
Collaborate with internal teams to create and deliver effective solutions
Maintain accurate sales forecasts and reporting
Travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and training observations
Sales Requirements
Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Minimum of 5-7 years of enterprise sales experience, focusing on large organizations
Strong negotiation, influencing, and closing skills
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills
Experience managing complex sales processes and strategic account development
Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and sales management software
