Job description

Location: Fully Remote (Preferably NL, but open to other locations)

We are exclusively working with an ambitious, fast-growing B2B SaaS company revolutionising the Project Management Software (PMS) and Professional Services Automation (PSA) space with cutting-edge AI integration. They are on the search for a Sales Executive. Over the past 36 months, they've gone from 0 to over 2k users across 40+ countries, and they’re just getting started, set on scaling rapidly in the coming years. With a dynamic and flexible work environment and a highly driven, remote team, they’ve proven they’re not just another startup—they’re the future of Professional Services Automation and Project Management Software.

They are looking for a Sales Executive to drive their next stage of growth. This is a hands-on sales role with the opportunity to evolve into a leadership position. You’ll be managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working with SMBs through to enterprise clients, and helping them achieve their goal of quadrupling their ARR over the next few years.

You’ll not only sell a unique product that combines PMS with PSA but will also shape the sales strategy and eventually lead a team of your own. For the right person, this role offers a clear path to becoming Managing Director, with equity participation and potential rewards as they grow and prepare for their next investment round.

What You’ll Do

  • Own the full sales cycle: from lead generation, demos, and closing deals across SMB and MidMarket to closely collaborating with the founder on enterprise clients
  • Build and manage a sales pipeline for deals ranging from €1K to €100K ARR
  • Work closely with the founder on larger deals (50K+ ARR) and gradually take over full ownership
  • Collaborate with marketing to generate SQLs and drive growth through MQL efforts
  • Mentor and manage junior salespeople, as you grow into a leadership role
  • Build relationships with decision-makers and negotiate contracts that align with their growth goals

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B SaaS sales (bonus if in PSA or PMS)
  • A track record of closing deals, especially in the SMB to mid-market range
  • Hunger for growth: someone who wants to be part of the company’s growth story, not just work for it
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a flexible, remote team
  • Entrepreneurial mindset—you're willing to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes
  • Fluent in English (other languages are a plus!)
