Job Summary

As an Onboard Senior Analyst, you will assist the Onboard Program Manager to onboard AMER, EMEA, and APAC new hires, develop, design, and facilitate effective onboarding, continual training and development programs as needed.

Responsibilities
  • Assist with global onboard and training development, delivery, planning and facilitation of all new Director, Senior and Management hires for Construction, Design, Commercial and Commissioning teams

  • Flexibility to accommodate onboarding delivery for AMER, EMEA and APAC time zones required

  • Adherence to the onboarding standards within GDC for the Onboarding and Development Team, including required program completion, IT setup and access to GDC required software for new hires

  • Assist in the development of required status reports as needed

  • Assist and partner with leadership teams to collaborate on continuous improvements for the onboarding and development programs

  • Assist in the collation of metric to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding program across regions and disciplines

  • Effectively collaborating and reporting directly to Program Manager and Director of Strategic Planning is required

  • Collaborate with HR services and the end-user technology (IT Hardware) team to build strong stakeholder relationships, facilitating effective communication and teamwork in support of training and onboarding initiatives, while understanding that legal employment matters and IT hardware solutions are not part of this role's responsibilities

  • Work independently as well as within a team; effective time-management

  • Assist in the upskilling of onboard team members as needed

  • Balance numerous assignments with competing priorities

  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy

Meeting Logistics

  • Assist in team building

  • Assist with new hire onboard sessions

  • Monthly/Quarterly travel as needed

  • Assist with scheduling and planning

  • Video conferencing

  • Audio-visual tools

Communications

  • Effectively collaborate with global stakeholders and partner with support teams with adherences to the communication paths

  • Attending internal meetings, taking meeting minute notes as required

  • Co-manage global level communications, meetings, distribution lists, emails, and other correspondence

  • Assist in the preparing and updating of required onboarding processes, procedures, and relative ongoing training materials, e.g. power point slides and new hire agenda, assessments, survey, and summary

  • Interface with sensitive information and maintain elevated level of confidentiality

  • Serve as liaison between senior leadership, their direct reports, and front-line teams

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated facilitative leadership experience in national and/or global training and/or learning and development, virtual and on-site onboarding, and continual training development and facilitation experience is required (or equivalent) preferred

  • Proven ability to contribute to the development of effective global and/or national onboarding teams and programs, processes and procedures, curriculum design focused on improving employee experience, culture, engagement, time-to-productivity, and retention, delivery, and planning is required

  • Expertise in facilitation, upskilling, and motivating individuals, groups, and team members is required

  • Strong project management e.g. Smart Sheets required

  • Experience in assisting in the completion of assessments and KPI tracking required

  • Elevated level of proficiency in MS Office - PowerPoint, Excel and Word is required

  • Extraordinary attention to detail and dedication to quality and accuracy required

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required

  • Dedication to the highest degree of discretion and respect for confidentiality

  • Validated organizational skills with strong multi-tasking and execution ability

  • Ability to build and maintain positive and productive internal working relationships

  • Keen sense of service to others focuses and dedication to service excellence is required

  • Ability to work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment

The United States targeted pay range for this position in the following location is / locations are:

  • San Francisco, CA / Bay Area: $109,000 to $163,000 per year

  • California (Non-SF/Bay Area), Connecticut, Maryland, New York, New Jersey, Washington state: $100,000 to $150,000 per year

  • Colorado, Nevada, Rhode Island: $90,000 to $136,000 per year


Our pay ranges reflect the minimum and maximum target for new hire pay for the full-time position determined by role, level, and location. Individual pay is based on additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education and/or training.

This position may be offered in other locations. Your recruiter can share more about the specific pay range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

The targeted pay range listed reflects the base pay only and does not include bonus, equity, or benefits. Employees are eligible for bonus, and equity may be offered depending on the position.
