The Manager, Demand Generation at Neara will play a critical role in growing both revenue and our category leadership position. This is a high-growth potential role that will give you the opportunity to shape and own our demand generation strategy.
What You Will Do
Buyer journey design: You’ll be the architect of all buyer journey touchpoints and apply laser focus to making every single one count toward progressing target accounts to pipeline
Own cross-channel campaigns from soup-to-nuts: Develop and implement integrated demand generation campaigns across digital channels, including owned (e.g. email) and paid (e.g. Linkedin ads) and others to convert target accounts to revenue
ABM: Spike engagement across target accounts with ABM tactics
Target account lifecycle management and progression: You’ll make the most of every touchpoint in the buyer journey with tailored follow-up and work closely with sales to nurture target accounts through every stage of the buyer journey
Conversion rate optimization: You’ll design, build, and maintain high-converting website and landing pages with a sharp focus on continually improving performance
Strong cross-functional thought and execution partner: You will work closely with peers in rev ops, product marketing, content, and sales to ensure high alignment across all touchpoints and a tight feedback loop
Who You Are
You’re both analytical and creative — you’re equally opinionated about tactics like audience segmentation, retargeting, and forms as you are about high-converting subject lines, CTAs, and ad copy.
You’re fluent in multiple channels, especially email and Linkedin ads, and have designed, built, and independently executed successful programs in both
You’re an avid experimenter and can engage in spirited debate about channel trends and tactics
You’re a self-starter with an impressive track record of making an outsized impact on a lean team, either within a high-growth B2B technology company or an agency
