Job Title: Remote Sales Representative (100% work from home)

Location: Remote from Latin America

Position Type: Full-time

Salary: $1,400 USD/month

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm EST with a lunch break

Job Overview:

Our client is a retail store for DJ Equipment, Stage Lighting, and Pro Audio Gear. Their sales reps must be familiar with the products so they can provide real life advice. Sales rep will answer phone calls and emails to assist customers in finding the best products for their needs. Online chat assistance will also be part of this role. During down-time, rep may be asked to help with web updates or other small tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls, emails, text messages, WhatsApp messages, and web chat messages.
• Help customers place orders or take orders by phone.
• Assist with after sales support.
• Follow up with open invoices and quotes.

Qualifications, Skills and Key Competencies:

• Ideally an active or retired DJ, band member, or roadie.
• Must have hands-on experience with professional audio gear, lighting equipment, and DJ products.
• Must be friendly and organized.
