Job description

Job Description:

On behalf of our public sector client, Affinity is looking for an organization-changer manager to work within a multi-disciplined team to develop the future business model for the client. As part of the process, the Senior Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant will support all areas of OCM including delivery of change action plans, broad communications campaigns, change readiness assessments, development reports/templates to support socializing outcomes of training, change, and communications activities and supporting change networks and project team communications.


Responsibilities:

• Provides rapid assessment, strategic guidance, and immediate action to support the advancement of the OCM plan in place.

• Writes and develops content for all levels of engagement and communication including presentations, emails, memos, webpages, dashboards, reports, status updates etc.

• Identifies and supports mitigation on critical risks and issues that could impact change readiness and adoption.

• Supports broad communications key messaging development, including functional team facilitation for message capture and dissemination.

• Develops OCM dashboards for reporting on the “path to go-live” including change management, communications and training results.

• Supports critical go-live information is communicated to the right groups at the right time.

• Develops and delivers on last-minute communications requirements to support reinforcement of the message and/or to accommodate unplanned communications delivery.

• Provide high-level review on change impact assessment data and current gaps to support broader mitigation strategies for organizational change readiness and adoption.

• Develops an adoption strategy for post go-live OCM support.

• Supports OCM process improvements and rapid lessons learned approach to quickly adapt to business requirements in support of business readiness and adoption.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 20 years’ experience leading/supporting organizational change management activities.

• Minimum 10 years’ experience working with the Public Sector (Provincial, Municipal, or Federal)

• Minimum 4 years’ experience working within OCM for IT / technology projects/implementations.

• Strong leadership, communication, and OCM planning skills.
