We are looking for a Finance and Accounting Systems Analyst to join the team of our important European client

📍Location: Available from Spain

💻Modality: 100% remote

RESPONSABILITIES:

✅Monitor process related transactions including incoming/outgoing interfaces.

✅ Analyse and solve interface/batch input errors/anomalies.

✅ Maintain application mapping tables.

✅ Define respective customizing settings.

✅ Support change requests including requirement analysis, writing functional specifications, testing and post go-live follow-up.

✅ Provide business with training to new end users and second level support to key user.

✅ Search for information required to solve errors/implement changes.

✅ Communicate new system changes.

✅ Ensure quality of data transferred and quickly resolution of errors/anomalies.

✅ Serve application access management including authorization profile definition.

Specific Expertise:

✨ Master Degree in Finance or Accounting.

✨ Fluent English.

✨ Speak French fluently.

✨ Good process and system overview on Direct and Indirect Material Flows is about the knowledge in MM processes for contracts/purchase orders/good receptions (most interfaces to be checked in this position are related to purchase orders and receptions).

✨ Knowledge in SAP required.

✨ Practical experienced in Accounts Payable processes and Interfaces flow processes and Interfaces Flow.

✨ Good written/oral communication skills – formal/informal.

✨ Proactive agile working style.

✨ Ability to set priorities.

✨ Ability to document and follow up.
