Job Overview

Join our dynamic team as a Slovak Bilingual Happiness Officer, where your primary focus will be to elevate customer experiences through outstanding service. Key Responsibilities

  • Embody the company’s brand identity and voice in every interaction with customers.
  • Create memorable WOW moments by providing exceptional customer support across various channels including email, chat, and social media.
  • Translate product materials and customer communications, such as newsletters and lifecycle emails, ensuring clarity and engagement.
  • Become proficient in our products and internal software, enabling you to assist customers effectively.
  • Foster a positive and cheerful atmosphere in all customer and team communications.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication abilities in both Slovak and English at a professional level.
  • A genuine passion for assisting individuals with diverse learning needs.
  • Strong enthusiasm for learning, combined with adept problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Prior experience in a customer service role within a fast-paced environment.
  • Capacity to work full-time (40 hours per week).
  • Access to a reliable desktop or laptop with specifications: at least 8GB RAM, Windows 10/MacOS 10.12.6, Core i3/AMD Ryzen 3 or higher, and a minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps.

Qualifications

  • Professional level communication skills in Slovak and English.
  • Demonstrated passion for helping others and providing exceptional service.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment is preferred.
