What the job is about

As our Global Field Marketeer, you’ll take full ownership of demand generation activities and field marketing campaigns across the nine regions where Sofico operates. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you’ll work closely with a dynamic team of marketing professionals to build impactful strategies tailored to market needs and maturity.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy:

Plan and execute omnichannel field marketing campaigns aligned with Sofico’s global strategy.
Customize strategies to suit varying levels of market maturity across regions.

Content Creation and Management:

Own the content strategy for field marketing, repurposing existing assets while creating new content (independently or with freelancers).
Develop high-impact materials like blogs, testimonials, one-pagers, and thought leadership pieces.
Adapt content for specific markets.

Events and Webinars:

Lead Sofico’s global and regional field marketing event strategy.
Organize, manage, and execute all aspects of Sofico-hosted customer fora and sponsored events.
Plan and deliver engaging webinars, including content, communication, and logistics.

Collaboration and Brand Awareness:

Work closely with regional sales teams and marketing peers to ensure alignment and successful execution of initiatives.
Drive brand awareness through expertise blogs, company news, and other creative campaigns.

Reporting and Optimization:

Analyze campaign performance and event ROI to optimize ongoing efforts.
Manage and report on event-specific budgets.

Your Interests and Skills

Sofico delivers with ‘Miles Enterprise’, an ERP software for automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management. It’s an end-to-end solution encompassing front-, mid-and back-office functions, that can be customized to the customers’ needs.  

Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communication or Marketing (or equivalent experience).
At least 5 years of experience in field marketing, preferably for complex SaaS products.
Experience working in global environments and managing multi-regional campaigns.
Proficiency in CRM and marketing tools like HubSpot, Canva, online conferencing,...
Professional-level English.
