ABOUT THE ROLE:

As an Account Manager, you will be the bridge between Tagvenue and our venue partners, fostering long-term relationships built on trust, seamless collaboration, and mutual success. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with venue partners via email and over the phone in the APAC region.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for top venues, providing strategic guidance and support to help them succeed on the platform.
  • Analyze venue performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with venues to optimize their listings, ensuring they meet customer requirements and stand out on the platform.
  • Educate venue partners on Tagvenue’s marketplace policies, tools, and best practices to enhance their performance.
  • Proactively address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by key accounts and clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Monitor and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations to drive continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with the broader operations and marketing teams to align strategies and deliver exceptional results.
  • Contribute to the team’s targets by driving venue satisfaction, retention, and growth.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Min. 1 year of proven experience in account management, client relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in a tech or marketplace environment.
  • Ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Data-driven personality
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with high-value clients.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service and driving client success.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analytics tools is a plus.
