Purpose of this Function

Our client is looking for a Marketing Manager, ideally in the CFD industry to provide support to grow their business volume for LATAM region. Ideal candidate should have marketing experience in Brazil, with an all-rounding marketing skills and strong in Digital Marketing skills.

What will you do:

Develop and execute marketing operations strategies that align with company's overall marketing goals.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams with Global team to ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns.
Oversee the marketing planning, budgeting, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns across various channels.
Identify opportunities for improving marketing processes and workflows and implement best practices for marketing operations to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Work closely with the marketing, sales, and operation teams to ensure alignment and collaboration.

Who are we looking for:

A degree in Business Management, Marketing, or an equivalent qualification.
Prior experience in a high-growth technology company or startup environment is highly desirable.
Fluent in English & Spanish to converse with stakeholders.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects concurrently in a dynamic and constantly evolving environment.
