At Getinge, we are dedicated to driving innovation in the MedTech industry. As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will manage full-cycle recruitment and provide strategic support initially across our UK/I business. Your primary responsibility will be to attract and select high-quality candidates by developing innovative sourcing strategies, building strong talent pipelines, collaborating and partnering with business leaders, HR Business Partners, and the global recruitment team. You will also play a critical role in enhancing our recruitment processes, creating talent pools, and leveraging data and market trends to drive successful hiring outcomes.


Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for your assigned business and/or regional area, including sourcing, pipelining, screening, conducting interviews, assessments, and providing ongoing guidance to Hiring Managers.
  • Act as the process owner and Subject Matter Expert (SME) in talent acquisition, driving best practices and ensuring high recruitment standards across the function.
  • Collaborate with HR and Hiring Managers to design and execute targeted recruitment campaigns that address talent gaps and align with business needs.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders, HR Business Partners, employees, and candidates, creating a positive and seamless recruitment experience.
  • Drive consistent adoption of best practices in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring to ensure a positive and engaging candidate experience.
  • Continuously deepen business knowledge, stay informed on industry trends, and align talent acquisition strategies with company objectives and market dynamics.
  • Advise, train, and support business leaders and HR partners on talent acquisition strategies, recruitment processes, and best practices.
  • Partner with Local HR and business teams on employer branding, social media campaigns, and participating in university relations and career fairs.
  • Design and implement sourcing strategies across multiple channels (e.g., social media, job boards, employee referrals) to build a robust talent pipeline.
  • Keep current with recruitment trends, candidate behaviours, and advancements in hiring technology, particularly in the medical device industry.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) while ensuring compliance with recruitment laws, company policies, and quality standards.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, key metrics, and hiring forecasts, utilizing data and market insights to inform decisions.
  • Participate in recruitment-related projects to continuously improve and optimize talent acquisition strategies and processes.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, managing the offer process, and successfully closing hires for professional, technical, and remote roles.
  • Skilled in using tools such as ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, Talent Insights, job boards, and social media platforms to identify, attract, and build candidate pipelines.
  • Ideally 5+ years of in-house and/or agency recruitment experience, preferably in regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, or manufacturing.
  • Extensive knowledge of recruitment technologies and the ability to integrate and optimise new tools to enhance the hiring process, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, negotiate, and influence across all levels of the organization.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while delivering results within tight deadlines.
  • A commitment to maintaining compliance with all hiring practices, while ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
