This opportunity is remote. We continue to have our office in São Paulo and employees can go up to twice a week, optionally.

About the job:


Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the TA Coordinator will be responsible for leading the recruitment processes for corporate structures, and ensuring the hiring of top talent. They will act as the key point of contact for corporate leadership, taking a consultative and strategic approach to align hiring needs with the company’s long-term vision.

Requirements

Leadership Experience: Ability to lead and develop recruitment teams, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and continuous growth;


Recruiting and Senior Stakeholder Management Experience: Strong background in managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including working closely with senior leadership to align hiring strategies with business goals.


Data-Driven Mindset: Capable of using data and metrics to make informed decisions, optimize recruitment strategies, and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.


Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze recruitment data, identify trends, and offer strategic solutions that improve the hiring process.


Results-Oriented: Focused on achieving measurable outcomes, with a track record of meeting recruitment targets within tight deadlines.


Hands-on: Willingness to be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, from strategy development to execution, ensuring smooth operations and timely hires.


Good Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, essential for building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring clear, effective collaboration.
