The Business Analytics Optimization Lead is responsible for strategically optimizing business analytics tools, processes, and initiatives. This role focuses on enhancing the performance, accuracy, and effectiveness of business analytics within the organization, ensuring that data-driven insights translate into actionable decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve reporting, business intelligence (BI), data visualization, and analytics processes, empowering the organization to stay ahead in an increasingly data-driven world.

What you’ll do:
  • Lead the optimization of business analytics tools and platforms to enhance data accuracy, efficiency, and reporting.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand key performance metrics, ensuring analytics align with organizational goals.
  • Continuously refine data collection, processing, and reporting processes to drive actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with IT and data teams to ensure seamless integration of analytics tools with existing systems and databases.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance indicators that provide leadership with critical business insights.
  • Analyze business data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, recommending actionable optimization strategies.
  • Provide training and support to business users, ensuring the proper use of analytics tools and maximizing their impact.
  • Monitor analytics performance, making necessary adjustments to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and insights.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance policies while maintaining the integrity of business analytics outputs.

  • Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2–3 years of experience in business analytics, data optimization, or a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in analytics and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Qlik).
  • Experience with data processing and integration tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, ETL tools).
  • Deep understanding of business metrics and KPIs across various functions (sales, operations, finance, etc.).
  • Proven ability to lead and manage business analytics optimization projects from inception to implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present data-driven insights to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with data governance best practices and data privacy regulations.
  • Knowledge of cloud-based analytics solutions (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
  • Relevant certifications in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Tableau, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate).

  • Base Salary: Earn a competitive base salary ranging from $110,000 - $135,000.
