Job description

We are looking for a Corporate Web Designer to join our team and help shape the visual identity of our internal web platforms and corporate website. This role involves close collaboration with the Marketing and People Partner departments, ensuring a strong and engaging digital presence.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain internal web platforms and the corporate website;
  • Create engaging visuals and animations for web content;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align design with business goals;
  • Advocate for design decisions through strong storytelling and presentation skills;
  • Manage communication and alignment across different teams.

    • Must-have requirements:
  • 2+ years in web design;
  • Strong visual skills;
  • Proficiency in Figma;
  • Motion design skills, including experience with After Effects;
  • Upper-intermediate English for effective communication;
  • Strong soft skills, including storytelling, presentation, and stakeholder management.

    • Nice-to-have skills:
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator;
  • Background in presentation design;
  • Familiarity with AI-powered design tools.
