About The Role
As our UI/UX Web Designer, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our web applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience and ensure our digital products are user-friendly and engaging. Key responsibilities include conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes and mockups, collaborating with developers and other cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and feedback. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups for websites. Develop and maintain design specifications and style guides. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design. Work with product managers and stakeholders to define user requirements and project goals. Audit existing web properties for quality assurance and compliance with best practices Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in design, human-computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience) and 2-3 years' experience as a UI/UX Designer, preferably in web design. Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, or similar. Experience with web development utilizing HTML, CSS and JavaScript. Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies, accessibility standards/best practices and familiarity with responsive design with a mobile-first approach. Desired Qualifications:Familiarity with PHP a plus. We understand that not everyone will match the above qualifications 100%.
