What do we expect from you?
Your main responsibilities will be:
Participating in the assurance of materials, platform access, program execution strategies, as well as supporting teacher-related issues and technical support.
Carrying out operational activities within the academy to ensure the delivery of the value proposition of the different programs (scheduling, content management, course creation, management reports...).
Monitoring the different programs, coordinating their planning, organizing instructors, and ensuring their smooth operation.
Managing databases, analyzing data, creating graphs, interpreting and managing data. Building reports and facilitating the extraction of findings.
Managing customer relations, addressing requests, tool demonstrations, and resolving questions.
Requirements
Proven experience of 1-3 years.
A degree in business administration, marketing, market research, design, or related engineering fields.
Obsession with student and customer experience.
Organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
Empathy when managing and responding to customer inquiries.
Proficiency in handling digital platforms.
Ability to work with various tools and people.
Ability to edit videos and images.
Intermediate proficiency in Office: Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
English level: B1 (Verified).
