What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark. 

• Execute and contribute to the storefront strategy, driving revenue growth through data-driven conversion rate optimization (CRO) and technical execution. 
• Own the development and implementation of testing strategies (A/B, multivariate), utilizing Adobe Analytics and Adobe Target to optimize the user experience and increase conversion rates. 
• Collaborate with design, product, and technical teams to create a seamless shopping experience that drives customer acquisition and revenue growth. 
• Oversee the execution of the technical roadmap, ensuring that all storefront updates, optimizations, and new features are implemented effectively and on time. 
• Analyze storefront performance, providing regular reports and insights on key metrics such as conversion rate, revenue per visitor, and cart abandonment. 
• Ensure that the storefront aligns with broader marketing and business goals, driving both immediate sales and long-term customer value.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed. 

• 5+ years of experience in ecommerce or digital storefront management, with a strong focus on conversion optimization and technical execution. 
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manger, Adobe Target, and other CRO tools to drive data-backed improvements to the storefront experience. 
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to collaborate with development teams on implementing tests and optimizations. 
• Proven ability to drive significant revenue growth through testing, analytics, and user experience improvements. 
• Analytical mindset with a passion for data, able to derive actionable insights from complex sets of information. 
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical findings into business strategies and drive cross-functional alignment.

The target compensation range for this position is $75,000 to $95,000 annually. Individual salaries are determined by various factors including, but not limited to: candidate’s qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience, as well as internal equity and market conditions.
