Job description

Are you ready to work with international e-commerce?

We are looking for a Latvian Speaking E-commerce manager to join our team at our office in Vilnius!

MakesYouLocal helps webshops to expand and succeed abroad. Several of our clients are focusing on markets across Europe, including Latvia, which is why we are looking for new colleagues to join our Latvian team in our office in Vilnius!

Responsibilities:

  • Assist clients with a smooth onboarding process, including setting and communicating launch dates.
  • Ensure high-quality Shop Manuals and optimise processes.
  • Coordinate product training and set up webshops in relevant systems.
  • Provide localisation, payment, logistics, returns, and trust mark advice.
  • Maintain regular client communication to ensure webshop performance and process optimisation.
  • Identify conversion opportunities and implement solutions.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to hand over clients with key insights and act as a country specialist.
  • Continuously refine onboarding processes and optimise operations.
  • Manage project tasks in Asana and oversee system maintenance.

Requirements:

  • Native-Level Latvian: Must be a native-level Latvian speaker to ensure effective communication and localisation expertise.
  • E-commerce Experience: Proven experience in e-commerce, client onboarding, or operations.
  • Project Management Skills: Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks effectively; familiarity with tools like Asana is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills for collaborating with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving Mindset: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving challenges.
  • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy in managing processes, localisation requirements, and optimising webshops.
  • Technical Knowledge: Ability to set up webshops, including payment systems, logistics, return processes, and trust marks.
  • Conversion Optimisation Understanding: Knowledge of strategies to increase webshop conversion rates.
  • Localisation Insight: Understanding the importance of localisation in optimising webshop performance.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with Customer Success Managers and other teams to ensure client success.
