Job description

Talent Acquisition Analyst (Workday), Assurant-India

Our Talent Acquisition Optimization team is seeking a Talent Acquisition Analyst responsible for designing and executing a wide range of high-impact talent programs, processes, and solutions to support Talent Acquisition in delivering on technology, process and training solutions to drive quality and efficiency in our function. You will be part of a team that is at the heart of a Global TA organization’s ability to enable business performance in a growing and thriving organization.

You will execute our Workday roadmap by documenting and testing requirements with a Global perspective.  You will support our TA team to ensure all understand and can execute on our systems and processes.  Finally, you will be part of large-scale projects that impact the TA function, including project management tasks such as providing logistical support for key programs and implementations.

This position will be Hybrid Working at Bangalore location.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

  • Maintain systems, data, and workflows within our talent acquisition tech stack (e.g., applicant tracking system (ATS), team SharePoint sites, etc. This will include enhancements, auditing to ensure data accuracy, and documenting and testing business requirements.
  • Troubleshoot applicant tracking system (ATS) issues and provide support to TA team members.
  • Conduct research for process improvement initiatives or implementing new systems or modules. Oversee the coordination related to key talent acquisition projects and programs.  This may include scheduling meetings, meeting notes, communicating with stakeholders, and tracking task completions. Collaborates with other teams to plan, track, and advance projects.
  • Maintain and create procedural documentation as needed. Conduct regular audits to check compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and ensure key processes are followed.
  • Track and submit invoices, track monthly variances, and escalate any issues.
  • Appropriately maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and information.

What are the requirements needed for this position? 

  • 3+ years of work experience with Talent Acquisition or HR systems.  Experience with Workday Recruiting strongly preferred.
  • Experience scoping and testing HR system requirements.
  • Understanding of foundational recruitment and talent acquisition processes and systems.
  • Have a keen eye for detail and ensures accuracy and completeness for tasks and projects.

What other skills/experience would be helpful to have? 

  • Experience managing and supporting small to medium sized projects within an HR function.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the successful implementation of new strategies and processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, working well to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Escalates issues when prioritization support is needed.
  • Works well independently, in teams, and across all levels.
  • Identified issues and developed creative solutions to improve the talent processes. Able to anticipate challenges and proactively develop solutions to address them.
  • Knowledge of different People and MS Office systems. Must be able to learn recent technologies and tools quickly.
