This position will be remote and based out of the Philippines and will require working US Eastern time zone (8 AM to 5 PM US EST).

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Recruitment Manager with a strong background in the US staffing industry to lead our recruitment efforts. The Recruitment Manager will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the successful placement of candidates across various industries and positions. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment process from start to finish, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading a team of recruiters to achieve our staffing goals.
Responsibilities:
· Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and ongoing development.
· Foster a positive and collaborative team culture focused on achieving recruitment goals.
· Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and talent needs.
· Collaborate with senior leadership to understand business objectives and translate them into effective recruitment plans.
· Continuously evaluate and enhance the recruitment process, incorporating industry best practices and technology solutions.
· Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and make data-driven decisions.
· Implement metrics and analytics to measure recruitment effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
· Stay abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and innovative sourcing techniques to continuously improve the recruitment process for hard-to-fill roles
· Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels including social media, internet, and job boards.
· Participate in screening prospective candidates to analyze and understand their skills, abilities, and aptitude for the job.
· Present suitable candidate profiles to Account managers / Hiring managers including candidate summary, resumes and all other relevant details
· Consistently meet recruiting metrics and achieve recruiting goals and targets regularly
· Submit weekly recruitment metrics and reporting
Qualifications:
· 5+ years of experience as a Recruiting Manager
· Must have at least 3+ years of experience supporting the US staffing market
· Proven track record of success in sourcing, attracting, and placing candidates in various roles across different industries.
· Proven experience in a senior-level recruitment role, preferably in a leadership capacity.
· Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
· Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and current trends.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates, clients, and internal stakeholders.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly identify issues and implement effective solutions.
· Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
