About Us:
MCR Media Group is an international company specializing in online IQ tests, brain training platforms, and digital product marketing. We are expanding our presence in Japan and looking for a Japanese-speaking marketing intern or junior marketer to assist in adapting our marketing strategy to the local market.

Who We're Looking For:

Students or recent graduates in marketing, business, or related fields
Fluent in Japanese (native or near-native) and proficient in English
Passionate about digital marketing and consumer behavior in Japan
Familiar with Japanese media, online platforms, and local payment methods
Interested in gaining hands-on experience in market research, campaign planning, and localization

What You Will Do:

Analyze and improve our existing website and marketing funnel for Japan
Suggest enhancements based on cultural relevance and user behavior
Plan marketing activities aligned with Japanese events and holidays
Research local payment methods and help integrate solutions
Identify potential media and traffic sources for advertising in Japan
Assist in recruitment efforts for a local User Acquisition Manager
Support localization efforts for digital content and advertising campaigns
