About the role:

Dragos is seeking a Staff Front End Engineer to join our dynamic and talented Product Engineering team to help expand the Dragos Platform. You will be designing and building a scalable UI, modular components as well as product subsystems. Responsibilities:

Design, implement and build ReactJS browser applications in TypeScript
Design and build modular components that fit into the broader technical context
Consistently follows best practices, able to defend technical decisions in code review feedback
Code, test, and debug applications using Unit and Automated Testing procedures
Work with Product Management and Design teams to define feature specifications and build the next generation of the Dragos platform

Qualifications:

5+ years of experience with modern front-end stack (e.g. TypeScript, React, Redux, etc)
Strong experience building Typescript + React applications and component systems at large scale
Strong understanding of UI/UX principles
Good understanding of CI/CD pipelines, experience designing and implementing
Familiar with test automation (e.g. React Testing Library, Jest, Playwright)
Familiarity with JS/TS build tools and dependency management (e.g. Vite, Turbo, Rollup)
Understanding of performance optimization

Compensation:

Base Salary: $192,000
