Position Overview

In this role, your curiosity will inspire continuous improvement, your role will strengthen our financial accuracy and reporting, and your ownership will ensure precision in delivering insightful financial and business directions.

Role & Responsibilities

Accounts Receivable - customer's master data update, record of payments, support in billing.
Accounts Payable - own the invoicing inbox, accurate cost allocation, review of supporting documentation and most importantly follow up when needed.
Bank - Process bank statements for all entities on a regular basis.
Employee expense claims review and correct allocation.
Assist the financial controller with Month-End closure activities such as prepayments, accruals, payroll journals, depreciation and GL reconciliations of BS accounts.
Support the Finance team during audits and on different adhoc finance projects.

You have:

A natural curiosity for revealing insights through data and seeking opportunities for continuous improvement.
Self-motivation with a proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
The ability to team up with the finance team, recognizing the interconnectedness of financial data and its impact on the organization as a whole.

Our Ideal Candidate

Has a bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or equivalent.
1 Year Experience is a plus.
Is a skilled written communicator, with a dedicated focus on creating comprehensive documentation, which is indispensable for thriving in our asynchronous and geographically dispersed work environment.
Has a genuine passion for finance.
Has used Microsoft excel or G-sheets in the past.
Is fluent in English, both verbally and in writing.
