What We Are Looking For

We are seeking a Legal Advisor (Part-Time) with expertise in corporate and commercial law, public tenders, e-commerce regulations, GDPR, and digital compliance. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, oversee compliance, and manage legal documentation for our business operations in Greece and internationally.

Responsibilities

Legal & Compliance

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, terms of use, NDAs, DPAs, and other legal documents related to our business activities.
  • Advise executives on corporate, commercial, labor, intellectual property, and e-commerce law.
  • Ensure compliance with national and international legal frameworks, including GDPR and consumer protection laws.
  • Act as the Data Protection Officer (DPO) if certified.
  • Provide legal support in public tenders, including preparation, document submission, and compliance with procurement laws.
  • Monitor and conduct screening of operational activities regarding the collection and processing of personal data.
  • Offer legal training and support to internal teams when necessary.

Corporate & Administrative

  • Work with accountants and administrators to ensure compliance with legal and tax requirements.
  • Assist in corporate governance, including drafting board resolutions and maintaining records.
  • Monitor regulatory updates affecting business operations, especially in e-commerce and digital law.

Requirements

  • Law degree and active membership in the Greek Bar Association.
  • Proven experience in corporate & commercial law, especially in public tenders, e-commerce, and digital compliance.
  • Knowledge of legal aspects related to strategic consulting, marketing and events is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of GDPR, consumer protection laws, and international legal frameworks.
  • DPO certification is a plus.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong ethics, judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Sound judgment, composure under pressure, and a collaborative mindset.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and results-oriented approach, eager to face or explore new challenges.
