As a Business Operations Associate at Kyte, you will lead a number of highly impactful and cross-functional workstreams related to our core operations. You will primarily be responsible for claims management and tolls & citations tracking, while lending itself to business-critical special project work as the role progresses. This role requires a deep understanding of Kyte’s business, and a highly analytical, process-oriented mindset. You will work closely together with most other teams at Kyte. This role will report to a Senior Business Operations role.
About The Team
Our Business Operations team sits at the center of all other Kyte teams, working to constantly build a more efficient and profitable business. The team is always included on business-critical projects and constantly consulted with to make strong decisions. As Kyte grows in scale and scope, the team requires additional bandwidth to tackle more complex problems.
What You'll Do
Manage claims process flow. This includes working with a team of claims specialist(s) and TPAs to drive claims to resolution quickly
Own tolls, fuel, and citations through trends analysis, fraud prevention, monthly reporting, and vendor management
Weekly/Monthly reporting of key metrics to leadershipIdentify and drive ongoing improvements for central processes
Manage relationships with multiple external vendors and hold them accountable to meet specific SLAs
Act as additional support for Surfer, Cx and market analytics and initiatives
Required
Bachelors degree in related field
Minimum 2 years in a high performance environment
Intermediate to advanced SQL query knowledge
Have a builders mentality, creative problem solver and comfort operating in ambiguity
Able to communicate clearly, proactively, and concisely
Skilled at collecting and analyzing data to identify improvement areas
Preferred
Experience working for a startup
Previous experience in the mobility industry or automotive
Previous experience with automotive fleets
Experience collaborating across work groups with a service-minded perspective
Mode or other dashboarding experience
Data Analytics (Google Sheets/Excel data manipulation)
