Job description

About the Role:

MRI Software is on the hunt for a Partner & Client Experience Manager reporting directly to our Senior Director of Marketing. This role will work closely with the partner team and Client Experience Manager in the APAC Support & Services team to collaborate and deliver holistic engagement and experience programs.

Responsibilities:
  • Client Retention & Engagement Marketing:  E2E delivery of client retention programs including all client comms, EDMs, client stories/testimonials, client webinars, user group strategy Client Advocacy: The development and execution of client stories/testimonials alongside the campaigns required to promote Partner Program Management: Responsible for the overall accountability of the Partner Marketing program, including management of a Partner Marketing Coordinator for task execution Internal Comms: The development and execution of internal comms including corporate comms, marketing/growth comms, and other comm projects as requested by the business.
  • PR/thought Leadership: Management and collaboration with our executive Thought Leaders and global stakeholders to facilitate, publish and promote Thought Leadership content through media and public channels.

Key Coverage areas include:
  • E2E Partner Marketing Program ownership, including PartnerConnect and strategic Partner Initiatives
  • E2E Client Engagement Program ownership
  • Brand Management & Internal Comms, including PR Management (direction from global and management of PR freelance resource)
  • Thought Leadership Initiative Support
Job Requirements:
  • 5–7 years of success in Marketing Communications, demonstrating measurable impact.
  • Proven experience as a people leader, with a track record of mentoring and team development.
  • Strong expertise in client retention strategy and execution, driving long-term engagement and loyalty.
  • Experience in designing and executing effective client engagement programs.
  • Ability to collaborate and influence senior leaders, ensuring strategic alignment.
  • Project management experience, with a history of successfully delivering marketing initiatives.
  • Proficiency in reporting and analytics, with the ability to generate insightful reports on marketing and partner program metrics.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, fostering clear communication and collaboration across diverse teams.
