At Altamira, we empower businesses with cutting-edge IT outsourcing solutions. We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help drive growth in AI, EdTech, FinTech, and Healthcare industries. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identifying and researching companies that may require IT outsourcing services.
  • Initial Contact: sending emails, and using other outreach methods to establish initial communication with potential clients.
  • Lead Qualification: Assessing potential clients' needs and evaluating their fit for the company’s offered services.
  • Service Presentation: Showcasing the company’s IT solutions, demonstrating their benefits, and aligning them with client needs.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team: Transferring qualified leads to sales managers for further processing and deal closure.

Requirements:

  • IT Industry Knowledge: Understanding key IT outsourcing concepts, technologies, and market trends.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly and persuasively convey information.
  • Sales Skills: Experience in sales or business development, with proficiency in negotiation and relationship-building.
  • Outreach: Hands-on experience with multi-channel prospecting (LinkedIn, email, events).
  • English Proficiency: High level of English to communicate effectively with international clients.
  • Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay goal-oriented.
