The Job in a Nutshell💡

As a People Coordinator at Mrsool, you will play a critical role in managing various human resource functions, serving as a partner to department heads, and supporting our employees throughout their journey in the organization. Your expertise will be essential in driving HR initiatives, cultivating a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws. In this role, you will be responsible for handling complex employee relations issues, facilitating performance management processes, and implementing HR programs that align with the company’s strategic goals.

What You Will Do💡
  • Maintain records of personnel-related data (personal information, leaves, etc.) in both paper and the database and ensure all employment requirements are met.
  • Support the recruitment/hiring process by sourcing candidates, performing background checks, assisting in shortlisting, issuing employment contracts etc.
  • Perform coordination and logistics for the company occasional events & seasonal gifts.
  • Produce and submit reports on general HR activity.
  • Assist in ad-hoc HR projects.
  • Support other functions within the people department as assigned.

Requirements

What Are We Looking For❓
    • 0-2 years of HR experience.
    • Previous Background in human resources.
    • Strong ability in using MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
    • Very good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Good organizing and time management skills.
    • Bachelor's in any relevant field; additional education in Human Resource Management will be a plus

Who Will Excel ❓

    • Fluency in English (written and spoken); additional languages are a plus.
    • ATS experience is a major Plus
    • Experience within the food and beverage or tech industry.
