What You Will Achieve
Perform environmental monitoring in a safe, compliant, and efficient. The job responsibilities include performing environmental monitoring in the Aseptic Manufacturing Environment in order to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality.
This secondment role will report to the US Vaccines Sales Operations Team Lead and will provide a broad range of operational support to the Vaccines business unit. The anticipated duration is 11 months.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
MUST HAVE
Proactively identify innovative solutions to simplify processes and enable customer facing colleagues to deliver results. Lead operational projects and workstreams for US Vaccines Sales, including related to launch brand field force execution, training, and deployment planning (eg, resource development, process improvements, platform/application releases and geographic updates).
Serve as operational support lead, strategic thought partner and point of contact for various cross-functional partners (eg, Regional Business Directors, Account Management, Commercial Excellence and Marketing teams); ensure clear communication and a high degree of alignment within in the organization both horizontally and vertically in all areas of responsibility. Facilitate field insight groups, as needed.
Responsible for ensuring operational concerns and requests from across the Vaccines business are routinely identified, prioritized, tracked and resolved in a timely manner; collaborate with CE, OE, customer service and other cross-functional teams to maintain routine communication and resolve issues efficiently. Manage all routine operational tasks with absolute speed and efficiency (eg, data change requests, OM updates).
Lead cross-functional planning for key projects in collaboration with customer facing teams, brand marketing and training; engage and manage meeting planning to support these meetings. Work with enablement leads and cross-functional partners to manage Primary Care and X-BU communications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
BA/BS Degree with 6+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience.
Strong working understanding of Veeva, PRIME, PROMOS
Demonstrated track record of strong cross-functional collaboration; must have exceptional emotional intelligence and self-awareness
Excellent written and oral communications skills are essential
Strong organizational skills are essential
Must be change agile, with the ability to quickly reprioritize efforts to meet changing requirements in a fluid environment
Highly effective at utilizing current sales force technology platforms; Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology
Ability to anticipate issues/needs and work proactively to address them; demonstrated initiative and ability to handle ambiguity
Demonstrated ability to influence and negotiate with colleagues at various levels
Strong Microsoft Office skills
NICE TO HAVE
MBA preferred and 5+ years of previous pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical marketing/sales experience.
Experience in a promoted position and/or developmental role with demonstrated leadership across peer and manager groups preferred
Experience in vaccines or similar direct sales environment and knowledge of wholesaler/distributors preferred
US Field Sales experience with Pfizer Inc; Vaccines strongly preferred

NON-STANDARD WORK SCHEDULE, TRAVEL OR ENVIRONMENT REQUIREMENTS
Ability to travel up to 20% as needed.
