Account Manager
The Account Manager manages a portfolio of high-value accounts, providing strategic support and insights to help customers succeed. You will focus on driving customer satisfaction and account retention through personalized engagement and proactive problem-solving. 
Here is more of what you’ll get to do: 
  • Serve as the primary contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, building strong relationships and trust. 
  • Deliver data-driven recommendations that help customers achieve their goals and maximize product use. 
  • Resolve complex customer issues, escalating only as necessary to provide the best possible outcomes. 
  • Identify upsell opportunities based on customer needs, collaborating with the sales team when appropriate.
