The Impact this role will have
Selecting quality candidates for hiring managers for open positions within Betacom. You will be responsible for sourcing, posting jobs to social media platforms, screening, interviewing and onboarding quality candidates.
What your day will be like
Develop recruitment strategies to meet staffing goals.
Post open positions to social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc).
Maintaining applicant tracking system in real time.
Scheduling and conducting prescreen interviews.
Submitting qualified prescreen applicants to hiring managers for open positions.
Ordering and monitoring all pre-employment background and drug screenings.
Providing weekly recruiting reports.
The specialized skills, experience, and education you will share with Betacom
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years previous HR experience is preferred
1-3 years recruiting experience preferred
Previous experience posting jobs to Social Media Platforms
Good reading and writing skills (English)
Advance knowledge in job sourcing
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & Teams)
Proficient in ADP Workforce Now is preferred
