Job Description

As a Social Media Specialist, you’ll be at the forefront of digital marketing, crafting engaging content and implementing effective strategies for a variety of clients and the company’s own brand. This role offers a perfect blend of creativity and analytics, allowing you to showcase your skills in content creation, caption writing, and social media management across multiple platforms. Responsibilities
  • Craft compelling captions and copy for various social media platforms, adapting to different brand voices and target audiences
  • Basic video editing for reels and shorts
  • Design visually stunning graphics and content using tools like Canva, ensuring each piece aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives
  • Develop and execute innovative social media strategies that drive engagement and growth for clients and the company’s own brand
  • Manage and optimize posting schedules across multiple social media accounts, ensuring consistent and timely content delivery
  • Create and maintain content calendars, planning engaging posts that resonate with target audiences and meet business goals
  • Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to track performance and inform future strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure cutting-edge strategies

Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation, with a portfolio showcasing your best work
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style to various brand voices and target audiences
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools, particularly Canva, with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and branding
  • In-depth understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, and their best practices
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret social media metrics and translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities, with experience juggling multiple client accounts simultaneously
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining clear communication with the team
  • Passion for staying current with social media trends and eagerness to experiment with new content formats and strategies
  • Experience with social media management tools and scheduling platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred, but not required if you have a strong portfolio and relevant experience
