Key Responsibilities:
· Build and nurture strategic relationships with top UK media agencies, particularly within IPG and Omnicom.
· Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts across YouTube, TikTok, Meta, and other social media platforms.
· Craft and deliver compelling sales presentations that address clients’ unique business needs.
· Exceed quarterly and annual sales targets, while maintaining a strong sales pipeline.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business strategies and align with industry trends.
· Represent the company at industry events and conferences to boost brand visibility and foster new connections.
· Work alongside the EMEA Sales Director to develop accurate sales forecasts, strategic plans, and growth initiatives.
Compensation & Benefits:
· Base Salary: £45,000 - £55,000 GBP, On Target Earnings of £100K per year.

Requirements
Skills and Experience:
· Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital media sales, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
· In-depth understanding of the UK media agency landscape, with established relationships within Omnicom and IPG.
· Strong passion for digital advertising and expertise in programmatic and digital video sales.
· Demonstrated ability to prospect, close deals, and manage long-term client relationships.
· Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage senior-level clients.
· Flexibility to travel for client meetings, conferences, and networking opportunities.
