Arrow Enterprise Computing Solutions is looking for an Account Manager that will join our team in Barcelona.

As an Account Manager at Arrow, you will be responsible for managing the solutions purchased from Arrow, focusing on their growth, identifying both strengths and areas for improvement.

What will you be doing at Arrow ECS? 

  • Manage the solutions purchased from Arrow, ensuring their growth and identifying strengths and areas for improvement to anticipate potential issues
  • Analyze solutions and present them to clients.
  • Propose new solutions that the client, presenting new business opportunities in both solutions and services.
  • Manage proposals and orders.
  • Negotiate and coordinate collaboration agreements.
  • Assist in resolving problems and incidents by providing prompt support.
  • Facilitate the exchange of relevant information with related Business Units (BUs), collaborating to achieve common goals and strategies.
