Digital Account Opening is a cornerstone of our vision to build the Credit Union OS across Lending and Account Opening. Since our investment in this product in 2023, it has quickly become mission-critical for credit unions, achieving rapid success and market leadership.
We’re seeking a super-IC with exceptional B2B experience to own the Business Banking vertical. If you excel in ambiguous environments, can drive strong product direction with urgency and momentum, and thrive in discovery-heavy roles, this is your opportunity.

What You’ll Do
Within 3 months, you will:
Rapidly onboard and master Clutch’s products, processes, and customer landscape.
Take ownership of in-flight product initiatives for Business banking, landing the first product with pilot partners and outlining a scale path
Visit credit unions onsite every 2-3 weeks to gather product feedback, quickly iterating the product toward product-market fit
Partner with Sales and Customer Success to craft a GTM strategy, including early demos, product positioning, pricing, and launch plans for a connected product ecosystem.
Within 6 months, you will:
Launch strategic features that work across lending and account opening for digital and branch channels.
Align product teams around a unified rhythm for delivering consistent product experiences.
Conduct discovery sessions with customers to uncover new product opportunities and enhancements.
Support the implementation team in scaling, improving onboarding for growing credit unions.
Collaborate with engineering to establish principles for operating efficiently in high-ambiguity situations.
Within 9 months, you will:
Lay the foundation for scaling the product to meet growing demand.
Partner with Implementation Engineering to develop a plan for 50+ deployments, ensuring smooth scaling and adoption.
What You Bring
Ownership and a bar-raiser mindset, along with:
Proven experience navigating high ambiguity in mid-stage, scaling B2B environments.
Deep understanding of commercial banking landscape along with proven product experience
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, negotiate, and drive outcomes with internal and external stakeholders.
Customer-first mindset and the ability to act as a solutions specialist, Customer Success Manager, or Implementation Engineer during early product stages while leveraging organizational support.
Clear, concise, and compelling communication skills, with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences at all levels.
A bias for action: the ability to set pace and momentum, driving rapid delivery without compromising on quality or team well-being.
Strategic thinking and product chops, with a track record of iterating toward product-market fit.
